Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality objectives for the business unit in accordance with Rockwell Collins quality policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable contractual requirements. This position operates in the following functional areas: Quality Assurance, Quality System Validation, Supply Chain Quality Assurance, or Material Verification.
Job Responsibilities
Quality Processes & Continuous Improvement
Lead the development of new initiatives, process improvements, and solutions for continuous quality improvement.
Lead standardization efforts across QAT teams across Rockwell Collins locations.
Pilot QAT roles/responsibilities within APQP.
Key contributor for pre-production approval activities (program reviews, drawing reviews).
Key contributor for RCCA teams and read-across activities, communicating lessons learned and supporting corrective action activities impacting QAT teams.
Provide continuous support for FAI/MAI/LAI initiatives, as needed.
Data Integrity
Manage data out of Boeing System and track removals for Boeing/Airbus.
Maintain integrity of AR's and Defect Occurrences (DO's).
Develop QAT metrics dashboard for goal tracking and progress reporting.
Provide support for employee training record integrity.
Support Across Rockwell Collins Locations
Provides multi-site QAT support (IRLs and surrounding Rockwell Collins sites).
Serve as factory transformation inspection SME supporting Mexicali on a rotating basis.
Basic Qualifications
Associates degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of an associate's degree three years of related experience required.
US Citizen or Permanent Residence required, due to restricted facility access.
25% travel required (across IRLs and all Rockwell Collins locations).
Self-directed and ability to manage multiple priorities required.
Experience interpreting assembly drawings, workmanship standards required.
Technical skills including MS Office, PDM, SAP required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
